Celebrations are welcome. Parties and events are not. We love our neighbors, so the house is limited to registered guests only (maximum 10 adults), and quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please note, there is noise detection software in the backyard to ensure that the property’s quiet hours are respected and there are exterior cameras on this property for security and liability reasons. The cameras are not monitored, and will only be checked if there is an issue, such as a complaint from one of the guests or a neighbor. Please read the house rules before booking.

The house was spotless, spacious, and packed with everything we needed for a perfect Scottsdale getaway. The outdoor space was basically begging us to cancel all plans and lounge by the pool all day. The only downside? Eventually having to leave.

Outside pool area is a show stopper. We watched NHL playoff games from the pool swings, grilled and sat around the fire. The landscaping is not only beautiful but creates a private oasis.

We were two families each with two small children and the kids loved the pool and all the games. Kathryn also had high chairs, portable cribs, and a baby activity center which were hugely helpful for us. After kid bedtime, we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit.
